Major/Minor: Genetics/Cell Biology/Development

Year in band: Marching band rookie, but I was in WAB last year, and I’ve been in some form of band since 6th grade

High School: Mahtomedi High School

A small crime I once committed was: Parking in a “No Parking” zone in Minneapolis

Never have I ever: been in a marching band before this!

Words that make me cringe: “Bunting”

Dance move of choice: I tend to flail around madly, in time with the music if I’m lucky.  And I LOVE swing dancing!!

Band crush: Don’t know many of the band boys yet… will have to work on that.

Favorite song (band or other): “Beautiful Day” by U2, “Across the Universe” by the Beatles, “Grace Kelly” by Mika… but it changes basically daily.  For band…. Malaguena for sure.

What body part do you wash first? Usually my hair, unless there’s something else specifically nasty on a particular day

Innie or outtie? Innie like crazy… seriously, it’s like a mini stomach cave

Most embarrassing moment? Well… I tend to put myself in plenty of situations that are probably pretty embarrassing, but I don’t generally actually feel embarrassed until a long time later.  A good example of this is when I was in 8th grade and wrote an anonymous love note to my social studies student teacher, and then I wrote a non-anonymous letter apologizing for the original love note.  Good times with my middle school self.

Favorite smell? Boy, generally, unless it’s a particularly smelly one

What country would you most like to visit? Europe.  I’m aware that’s a continent, not a country, but I think you can deal with it.

Dream job? Professional procrastinator

Favorite scene from the epic film Titanic? The really brief moment when the ship is sinking and the two really old people are holding each other in bed as it goes down.  Very sad, but it’s so sweet that they’re still super in love and content to die with each other. Aww.

Invisible or fly? Fly, totally!

Always be cold or always be hot? Always cold, because you can always put on more layers, but once you’re naked you can’t really take anything else off.

N’Sync or Backstreet Boys? Oooohhh TOTALLY Backstreet Boys.  When I was in like 6th grade I thought Kevin was a total fox, even though he was like 30.  I still have them on my iPod, haha

Night owl or morning bird? Both… generally night owl lately, though
